DG Solutions brings together answers to complex problems using an innovative and contemporary consultancy model. A key part to this is a constant effort to discover new and innovative products which can solve problems in a different way.
For 2024, DG has joined forces with Canopy.Community in a partnership that supports the monthly demo night series. Held each month on the 2nd Wednesday, the series sees 3 to 5 startups showcase their idea, and get feedback from a panel of experts.
These events are live streamed and remote for 9 editions of the year, and with in person events in March (Lisbon), June(London – during London tech week) and November(Lisbon – during web summit week).
The format is much more about product demos, not pitching for funds, although the event is utilised by many different stakeholders for different reasons. Particularly refreshing is the inclusion of investor reverse pitches to the in person editions, where investors give insights as to how they make decisions and how they think about their portfolios.
